As previously announced in February, Leucadia National Corporation
(NYSE:LUK) (“Leucadia”) will host an investor meeting on Thursday,
October 5, 2017. The Investor Meeting will include in-person management
presentations from Leucadia, Jefferies and Leucadia’s other major
businesses, as well as an opportunity to present questions to
management. The meeting provides a basis for Leucadia and Jefferies to
communicate in person with shareholders and investors beyond quarterly
