NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Leucadia National Corporation (NYSE: LUK) announced today that the Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend equal to $0.0625 per
Leucadia common share payable on December 27, 2013 to record holders of
Leucadia common shares on December 16, 2013.
The Company also announced that the Company’s Annual Meeting of
Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014.
